Twilight
Well, I went to see the 10:30 p.m. showing of Twilight last night. I have to say I came away a bit disappointed. The movie did not excite me at all, although I will admit I got chills when Edward and Bella would kiss. I did love their characters, but as for everything else it was just so so. Pretty Low budget and cheesy!! I don't regret going, but I love the book SO much more!! That's the way it usually goes. I had a fun pre-show girls night though - Thanks Michelle for inviting me. I want to know what everyone else thought.....am I crazy??

That is funny that we thought the exact opposite about the movie. I disagree with you though--I thought they did a great job with it. I am more of a movie and tv watcher than a book reader, so maybe that's why I thought it was good. By the way thanks for letting me know about the shades sell---I got some great deals!!!!!
I thought it was good. I didn't really know what to expect, but I thought it might be kind of cheesy. It was actually way better than I thought. Reading the book is always better, but I think they did a pretty good job. It's funny when you read a book you have your own idea of how you invision the characters and everything. Then when you see the movie sometimes its nothing like what you expected.
I really liked it, and dreamt of vampires the whole night! Weird. Maybe you had a higher expectation for the movie than I did, and that's why you didn't like it as much. At least you had a fun night out, right?!
I've heard the same things from a couple others, but I still want to see it!
I loved it...
That's pretty much what I heard from everyone.
