Me and my prego friends Laura and Michelle took a sewing class during the month of February. We must be nesting :) It was every Thursday night for 3 hours, so a total of 12 hours, and what did we get out of it?? A measly pair of $60 pajama pants. No, not really. The class was $50 to take and then the cost of material and thread, but more then anything it was 4 fun girls nights and I did learn how to use a pattern, and a few other things. It definitely made me appreciate the $5 pajama pants that you can buy in the store. How do they sell them for so cheap? It seriously is not an easy task to make them. It will probably be the last pair I make. However, it has gotten me in the sewing mood and I'm now working on my 3rd baby blanket since I started the class.
Oh and p.s. Michelle (on the left) is having her baby in 1 week, she was a good sport to take the class with us so close to her due date.
