Valentines Day 2013

We had our friends the Sparks over for dinner on Valentines Day.  Carol made 4 heart shaped Pizzas.

We had fun setting the table all Valentiney.  Maleah made name tags even. 

 

I made red jello with whip cream and fruit kabobs, aren't they so cute?

 

I helped out at Kendra's valentine party at school.  We made her a Bee Valentine Box she was pretty proud of.   

 

Kendra switched Kindergarten teachers after Christmas break.  The classes were too full and so they added a 3rd teacher.  I chose to move her hoping it would get her more excited about school and be the change she needed. I also liked that it would be a smaller class than the rest of the classes.  It was such a scary decision and I know this sounds stupid but I cried for many hours over it.  It has turned out to be the best decision ever.  She loves her new teacher, she's finally starting to read and has come so far in the last 7 weeks it's amazing.  Her teacher's name is Mrs. Webb,  She is the one in the back, right in the middle.
