Dirty Dash 2013

DIRTY DASH 2013

 

I did my first Dirty Dash in September.  A group of ladies from my ward all did it together.  To say it was so much fun would be an understatement.  I was nervous, apprehensive and regretting my decision before hand but I'm so happy I did it.  Who wouldn't have fun slopping through 6 miles of mud.

 

Here is our group all in our Dirty Dash t-shirts.  I love my neighbors and friends.

 

Just arriving at Soldier Hollow.  We did the 9:00 race and it was a bit chilly at about 50 degrees.  It had also been raining hard for 3 days before the race so it was extra muddy.

It was a team effort getting over these hills.  It was so slippery.  I'm the one in the black, sliding down that hill.
