for Trick or Treating
Maleah did not waiver at all once she decided to be Cinderella.
There won't be many more years that she'll want to be a princess, so I'll enjoy the innocence while it lasts :)
Aubree's Preschool Class. All the parents got to come for the last 1/2 hour of their Halloween Party and see them parade around in their costumes, sing some Halloween Songs, and then of course they got to trick or treat to all the parents.
And off we go Trick or Treating
Cutest little Carebears I've ever seen
This is our family on a "Haunted Trainride" that a family puts on every year in Lindon. We went with our friends the Mechams. Maleah and Aubree got pretty spooked and cried for about 1/2 of it. The rest of us thought it was great!

Sorting and Trading candy with the neighbors
I love this time of year and love that we get to celebrate so many fun holidays right in a row. I must say Halloween is in the top 3 of my favorites. We had a fun and busy Halloween. I spent the morning working up at the school in the "Take home Library" then I went straight from there to Maleah's Class Party. I am the room Mom this year which I am so grateful for, because I would want to be at all the parties anyways, and now I get to plan them all :) Then about 2 hours later we came back up to the school for the "Halloween Parade" It's so fun to see all the creative costumes. Then we came home for a couple hours, Kendra took a nap, and off we went to Daddy's work for trick or treating, came home from that and went trick or treating some more, came home and put Aubree and Kendra to bed, and Maleah and I went out with my friend Sara and her 2 kids for MORE trick or treating. This is the first year Maleah has actually expressed interest in more trick or treating, past our own little neighborhood. I have so many fun memories of Halloween as a kid some of the most memorable are..... Sorting and trading candy with my brothers and sisters after Trick or Treating. Getting Sloppy Joe poured into my 1/2 full pillowcase of candy when I was 10, by some teenage boys (This is a whole story in and of itself). Going to the 5 acre lots over and over again for the big candy bars and the memories just keep coming so I will stop. I am excited for my kids to have fun Halloween memories.

Care bear stare!!! I love those, and it looks like you guys had a good time.
sounds like a fun Halloween! Halloween in one of my kids favorites as well. This is a fun time of year.
We do the Halloween train every year too. It is right around the corner from my in-laws house. Your kids looked really cute!
Ok...You HAVE to share the story of sloppy joe in your trick or treat bag! I'm laughing and don't even know the story!
