5-6 weeks old

Little Buddy is getting so big.  I took him to the doctor at 5 1/2 weeks and he weighed 9 pounds 12 ounces.  I don't want him to get big so fast.  That means in 4 weeks time he gained 4 pounds.  He is getting so chubby and big.  He lost all his hair on top of his head so he looks like a little old man, and he also started getting little baby zits.  Needless to say he is going through a little awkward stage. He is still incredibly irresistible.  I love him so much I can't stand it.  We had a little miscommunication with the Dr. this week and he is now back on oxygen after being off of it for 4 days.   He is only on it at night time, and I don't think he really needs it anymore, but his main Dr. is out of town until next Monday so we have to wait until then to figure out our game plan.  I am so done with oxygen!

One of the girls put him down like this after they were done holding him and he loved it.  He slept like that for an hour or so. 

Getting stronger everyday.  He is really starting to lift up his head and push up off of things. 

We took him to Church after 6 weeks.  I wasn't ready to go back, but starting to feel guilty because we were taking him other places.  More then anything I was enjoying my 3 hours of alone time with him while everyone else was at church, but such is life, I can't stay home forever.  The picture below was his first outfit that he wore to church.  He looked so handsome.
