Working outside

The weather has been so nice lately. One Saturday morning we went outside to build a mantle for our fireplace downstairs.  Kendra has been really into building things since we started finishing our basement.  She bought tools with her Christmas money and she's constantly building something.  Kent built her this horse cage, which quickly turned into a wood and tool holder.

Can you say Giant Playpen?  I was ecstatic when I realized that Carson will be able to play on the tramp while we do yard work this coming year and he will be perfectly safe, happy and contained.

We were building valentine boxes and other boxes (just for fun) and I was spray painting and accidentally sprayed my face.  It hurt so bad.  Luckily Kent was close by and guided me inside to the sink.  It burned my skin for a couple of days after.

Carson's first time swinging in our baby swing.  This makes me excited for spring and summer.
