September 2014

Pictures from September 2014

Aubree loves her friends.  She comes home from school, gets her chores, homework and piano done and heads out to play. She reminds me of myself.  According to my Mom that's all I ever wanted to do as a kid was play with friends.  All my kids have great friends!

Carson learned how to crawl out of his crib so we took the plunge and set up a big boy bed.  It was smooth sailing.  He sleeps like a log and still takes naps every day.

First night in his bed (almost 3 1/2 years old)

Our ward had a Daddy Daughter campout at Mutual Dell. They decided to "rough it" and take the tent instead of the trailer.  They had a blast.

Kendra's class field trip to Farm Field Days

Our Garden did excellent once again. This was the first year we allowed our peach tree to produce, and boy did it produce for us. We made peach leather, canned peaches, peach cobbler, peach pie, peach milk, ate many fresh peaches and froze the rest for smoothies.  YUMMY!

Everything we grew did amazing, but the fruit excites me the most.  We had raspberries GALORE all summer and fall.  We would pick a bowl this size about every 3-4 days.  It was awesome.

Little Buddies just doing what they do best.  The kids live outside when the weather is nice.

Stake Conference Selfie.  We were kinda antsy.
2 hours is loooooong.

Our last soccer games of the season and it was a super rainy day.  They played anyways.  It was literally a downpour for most of Maleah's last game.  These kids thought that was the greatest thing ever.
