Carseat Cover / 25 week prego picture / 25 week MCA Scan Update

I must say that I am pretty proud of myself.  I decided to make a car seat cover for Carson. It was a little more complicated then just the simple version because I decided to make sections ( I couldn't decide on just 2 fabrics) and then I also put ric rac around the edges.  The ric rac was harder then I thought it would be, and did present a few problems for me, but I think overall it turned out really nice.  The hardest part was actually sewing the velcro onto the little handle straps.  If I ever make another one, I think I might just make the straps long enough to tie in a bow instead.
P.S.  Kendra was inside the car seat for these pictures.  She loves to play baby :)

Here is the fabric of the back side

Update on Carson's MCA Scan at 25 weeks:  His levels rose a little bit, but we aren't really sure if it was super accurate.  He was kicking up a storm during the ultrasound and they say that if the baby is really active it can make the levels go up a little.  They re-tested about 10 minutes later when he was more still and they were a little lower.  Either way, he is still in the safe zone.  The first 4 or 5 scans they did he was in level C, and then 10 minutes later, the next 4 or 5 scans put him back down in level D.   I go back in another week, so we will see if he continues to rise or still stays the same.  The Dr's. are trying to establish a little bit of a pattern, so we can get an idea of how the anemia is affecting him, but because he was kicking so much last time it just kind of confused everyone and left us wondering.  Level D is normal, Level C is still safe, Level B gets worrisome, Level A usually requires blood transfusions.  So far so good.  Just praying he will continue to be strong and fight off the anemia.

Oh, and why is "A" so bad? All our lives we desperately try for an A...Then again, I usually prayed to get a "C" ;)
